And of course, Gareth, there's, uh, there's sport, huh? There's lots of sport.

There's the Currie Cup final, Griquas versus Pumas, which is like the romantic final because those are the teams that this tournament means the most to.

All the other teams play basically like academy teams and youngsters and stuff, but Griquas, my adopted second team, and, uh, the Pumas, this is their primary, hey.

They don't have the U- the URC.

They don't have the All Blacks playing them on Greatest Rivalry Tours.

Shout out Kev and the boys.

I'm sure they're gonna have a big one tomorrow.

And ja, Griquas are gonna go back-to-back, which means the world, hey.

Um, Christie, the Lions have, uh, named their team.

Um, relatively consistent now that we're getting into the latter part of the Currie Cup, uh, with these, with these, um, teams, not just the, the other four franch- um, unions, um, in terms of like Boland, uh, Pumas, Griquas, and, um, Cheetahs, but the, the URC teams who are really sort of galvanized, like these are the Currie Cup players, and they will then earn their right into the URC team.

They'll probably be on the fringes or some of them might actually play quite a bit of URC depending on opportunities, and then that's how you sort of work your way up the system.

Um, very similar team to last week on the Lions, so we don't have a lot of time, so I'll just brush over it.

Nice to see Renzo, uh, back in the side.

I'm a huge fan, so I think it's gonna be a really good match up across the board because, like you say, super consistent teamwise, um, from, from both sides.

And, uh, yeah, I think the guys are warm, and now that it's getting into the, into the serious part, um, as far as I remember, the Lions still have an outside chance of, of qualifying again, but, you know, maybe they don't want to go down to the Griquas in the final again, so we'll see.

So you know, there weren't as many tests back then, and so, you know, the, the top team stayed the top team and, and you gotta work your way through, um, the midweek games if you're good enough, you know? And I never played a test, I only played midweek games for the All Blacks and, and that was the filter.

And so those midweek games against Boland or Griquas, um, tough game against a ferocious, you know, uh, local team.

Mm.

And, and we saw that against the Lions.

Kimberley also was the, there was a game in Kimberley and Boland.

Um, so it's Pumas versus Griquas.

I think it's gonna be tight, but both teams full, full strength.

A lot of these players are headed off to Super, uh, to, um, URC teams after the season, so I'm thinking even though Griquas are going up to Mpumalanga to play this game, Griquas defending Currie Cup champions, I'm thinking they'll win.

Um, Bulls versus Stormers, it's the North-South derby.

Um, pretty much sort of a mixy B, uh, um, B and C team.

They were down seventeen-nil after fifteen minutes.

The Griquas continued their momentum from this year, taking down the Sharks XV squad fifty-five-twenty-one.

It was twenty-six-twenty-one at halftime.

The Pumas also continuing their momentum, leading fifteen-nil at halftime and then beating the Stormers twenty-three, the final score being twenty-nine points to seven.

After fifty-one minutes, it was fifty-nine-seventeen.

Then two converted tries for the Bulls, a red card and a yellow card for the Cheetahs, and then in the final ten minutes, it was three converted tries for the Bulls, and then finally a penalty to the Cheetahs, sixty-two-fifty-two.

We have just two rounds left and would you look at that? The four squads from the South Africa Cup, the Griquas, the Cheetahs, the Pumas and the Boland Cavaliers are your top four.

And the backup squads for those URC teams, the Lions, the Stormers, the Sharks and the Bulls are your bottom four.

I mean, if you're looking at the Sharks, they played against the All Blacks in the week and had Eduard Swart as the hooker.

Now, this guy's played for Griquas, he's played for Maties.

I think he played a few games for Pumas as well, and it's not like he's a youngster, you know.

I think he's about 28, or 27, 28, thereabout, so it's not-
