gigantic as a mountain and it's very dramatic and the why I signed up for that the medal is a part of the Eiger it's part of that it's a rock that is washed up from the weather out there and it's just gorgeous and I'm like my friend Simba described it as a weapon and I was like it is a weapon of a medal anyway it is a 10 mile race it's 16 kilometers with 900 meters of elevation so it's punchy like it is a lot of vert to take in and I just get very nervous at the start of races.
