Griddy

He's known worldwide.

Um, even my daughter knows what the Griddy is, which surprised me last week.

Um, that's just who he is, and he's the superstar, so everyone kind of clings and hangs on what he says and how he goes about his business, and, uh, I respect the way he handles everything on and off the field.

Um, and I think the guys kind of look to that and say, "That's the example we want around here."

Ben, I'm sure your daughters do because they're a little bit- Oh, yeah ... older, but Andrew, has, has your oldest discovered the Griddy yet? Not quite yet.

[laughs] No, not quite yet.

My wife, though, an elementary school teacher, says that- Oh, yeah ... every wave of kids, does not matter, the new ones that come in automatically know.

And so I think people would pay for that.

They're like, "Oh yeah, I wanna learn how to do the Griddy." I don't even know what the dances are, but whatever those dances are, right, you could learn those in an hour.

I think there would be a lot of value there.

Yeah, that's definitely a popular content genre on YouTube.

The following week, he's got Mike Gesicki, and I don't know about you guys, I'm comfortable with a one and 16 season at this point, but if I have to see Mike Gesicki hitting the effing Griddy in 2026 in my end zone-

Gesicki had a game, didn't he?

He's soaking it up

... do you guys think Mike Gesicki's Griddy is bad, or do you just pretend to, to think it's bad 'cause other people said it was bad?

No, it's bad.

But, like, is, did you n- really notice that with your own eyes?

It's horrific.

It's like what I would look like doing a Griddy.

I think he's better than you.

At first, they was gonna do what? The Griddy, the Nae Nae, whatever they were gonna do.

But then they landed on, um, just kissing each other.

They were like, "Okay, Melody and Taylor, they can just make out.

Uh, with CeeDee Lamb on the board at the 109, and here comes Griddy JB with the green light last second, and bang, a quick Cook pick.

He was ready to roll on that one.

Um, I just took, uh, Cook in a, in an underdog.

Mm.
