Greivis Vásquez

[laughs]

They got, uh, they, when they traded him to Sacramento, they got Greivis Vasquez and they got Patrick Patterson, who became the big part of, of that big Raptor squad, and they almost traded Kyle Lowry shortly after to the Knicks, uh, which ended up getting, um, not done because Tyson Chandler didn't want to come to Toronto, I think it was, if I, if memory serves correctly.

And at that point, at that very moment, Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan turned to each other and said, "You know what? This is our team now." And, uh, the rest is history, because, uh, the Grot then became the Grot after that moment.

So in a way, uh, Rudy Gay is a very important part of Raptors history, because maybe they don't get a title without Rudy Gay's trade to the Sacramento Kings.
