Well, thank you for the talk.

Uh, yeah, it just reminded me, uh, of how much time I spend, uh, in the past than how much time I spend in the future, um, regret or-

So I think that's what's swaying my decision to put Hunter versus JK, just because we've seen JK a little bit more, and there have been, um, a few that were a little bit outside of, uh, just, like, top five.

It's a sign as well of just, like, how strong this men's field is.

Like, whittling this down to five where there are probably more than five guys that could realistically win the world championships is, like...

It's a, it's a sign of just how strong it is.

But you're right, like, JK has done amazingly in most of his majors, and the world champs he still finished fourth, which was, like, underperformance for, for him as well at, uh, in Chicago.

Um, but it's just like, well, who are you leaving out? And, like, Matt has left out Hidar, who, you know, essentially broke the world record in London recently, uh, finished third in Hamburg.

So it's just like, does Hidar deserve to be dropped for, for JK? It's just super hardcore, I think.

Greg, why don't you make the argument for Tim in second?

That was a turbojet?

Yeah.

Yeah, 'cause all of the air goes through the core of the engine.

None of it goes around the outside of the engine.

And it's not as, obviously it's not as fuel efficient, um, that way as, as bypassing some of the air.

So when you get into high-bypass turbofan engines, which i- again, is what you see on most commercial airliners, you have a couple of different schools of thought on the way these engines are structured.

You have a traditional two-spool, um, engine.

What do you think about that, Greg?

I think that sounds really good.

Okay, so, and I was explaining to Chelsea, what I do is sometimes I'll gather the mail.

Other people will pick up the mail.

They'll either put it in the car.

And so I'll find it, and I'll just start putting it together.

And if I don't have a chance to go through all of it, hey, it's right there, I just put it in my luggage.

And I'm like, hey, I'll make time while I'm on vacation, just take a little time to, to review it and make sure-

And he would just, and he would, he had a gift to deliver.

I mean, he would, he would tell a story and there's, there's people that walk into rooms, guys, that you, you could just listen to tell about how to make a salad, and you would listen to him for 30 minutes on how to make a salad.

Or, or your grandmother from Sweetwater, Texas.

And, and Cedi was one of those.

I mean, you could just listen to him and, and to all of you that don't know, Cedi passed from a, um, he passed away couple days after Christmas, um, from a heart attack.

He's, he will be missed by all of us, and, uh, you know, the hole in one club now-

Um, what makes Greg most proud of Mari being a new mom?

It has been, uh, you know, the, the, the, the simplest way I can explain it is Mari just, like, holding down the fort more than I've, I could have imagined somebody in our life doing that on this level, meaning, like, she has just taken over our household.

So she has...

And that, or, or, or just whatever environment our family is in, so whether we're traveling or we're in our home in Texas, um, you have made sure that, like, the environment around Kai, like, [laughs] whatever radius you deem necessary, is a, is an environment that you are making sure checks the boxes of the, you know, the, the, your values of what's the perfect environment for him.

And that's 24/7.

And so there's, there's no checking out.

And so whether he wakes up in the middle of the night or at 5:00 AM or, you know, it's in the middle of dinner, like, there's a lot of nights where we just eat dinner standing up.

So what made you decide to take up sprinting?

Um, always wanted to sprint, ever since I was a young lad.

And because of the school that I went to and how I got in and all that, I was kind of forced to play rugby.

Yep.

Um, and then, um, I was big into other sport and martial arts and whatnot, so never really considered it.

But I always wondered, "How fast can I run 100 meters?"

You were home for two weeks

... or married to an entrepreneur, that's not true.

If you are an entrepreneur married to an entrepreneur, [laughs] if you can have the baby around the holidays or around a period that is, you know, when he happens, or he or she happens to be home from work, that was such an insane blessing because I was so concerned about needing to have a paternity leave and wanting a paternity leave during a very active time at Bloom.

And since he was born on December 4th, I was already home because of Thanksgiving.

So b- for, so a week prior to his birth I was home through Thanksgiving.

And then I just pretty much stayed home, like, for the most part through Christmas and through New Year.

So I was like...

So where you are, what's been that reaction to Canada welcoming, at least to begin with, just under 50,000 Chinese-made EVs a year?

Well, before the tariffs were, uh, put in place a few years ago, the majority of rear-wheel drive Tesla Model 3s and Model Ys were from, uh, Giga Shanghai.

Uh, you also had Polestar 2, and even domestic auto manufacturers were importing their cars from China.

GM had a few models, uh, in- internal combustion cars that were actually brought in from China, and then we tariffed them at 100%, and that turned off the, uh, taps.

Uh, in terms of reception, one of the biggest questions I'm always asked, I read all the comments on my channel, and it has to do with the affordability side.

Um, there's just not enough affordable EVs.

People want EVs, but they don't wanna pay 60, $70,000 Canadian for them.

And what Greg did is he put a little badge sniffer behind the real badge reader so that any time anyone taps their card, he gets to see what their badge is, and that essentially allows him to clone a badge.
