What, what are the others, and what can people hope for when they pick up a bottle?

Yeah.

So, uh, Scotland is broken down into whiskey-making regions, and, uh, traditionally, where the whiskey was made would affect the overall flavor profile of the final product.

So as we mentioned, Islay is known to be big and smoky and robust.

Um, but, uh, the way it's broken down is within Scotland there's the Highlands in the north.

Um, they produce a wide variety of flavors.

You can have very light, approachable whiskeys, and you can have big, powerful maritime whiskeys.

And walk people through the difference between like like there's so many words that we all share in scotch scents, blended scotch versus single malt, just so everybody's got their their learning shoes on.

Absolutely.

So single malt scotch is a vertical line.

The single and single malt means it's a single distillery and it's a single grain.

So it's those three ingredients, yeast, barley, and water all coming from one distillery.

And I always describe that as the solo act.
