But, you know, then you get into this whole debate of it, well, if AI is gonna do everything for you, then, then how are you gonna learn how to do anything yourself? Uh, w- what's the answer to that?

Well, I think if you have the right educational experience, but regardless for a second on whether that's online or offline, uh, a few of the characteristics about that experience are probably pretty common.

Number one, it is causing you to think critically.

Uh, so you're not just like going through rote learning, but you're actually gaining the ability to think critically.

We see the desire for that reflected in demand on our platform for skills in communication, critical thinking, leadership.

Uh, and we believe that AI can really help that.

Obviously, the learner has a role to play in that too.

Will we become more or less technical? Like, what do you think are the structural scene changes here we're gonna see with young people entering the workforce, uh, with, with this technology?

Yeah.

And that is, to me, the perfect pop song.

It's not really disco.

It's just British pop that you can dance to.

And it's verse, chorus, verse, chorus, key change.

And it's a three-part harmony.

There may be a fourth tucked in there.

yeah all right and then tell us about your interest in biochar please

well that's grown i guess you know again for coming up 20 years now i've just been looking at sustainability issues and and it was probably in the early 2000s just learning about the energy and the environment and the economy and and just how absolutely unsustainable our current civilization is as we you know as well as all the biodiversity loss and everything that's happening around the world and that wanted to be part of the positive change and understanding that farming and food production is one of the biggest problems on the planet, but it also is the biggest solution.

And so after studying sort of organics, biodynamics and then holistic management and looking at a whole lot of different systems that are more sustainable for producing food, And finally, I've sort of clicked on to the important role that biochar plays in that.

I think I might have got like three emails from Trevor just about, you know, biochar, why don't I look at this? And, you know, sometimes, well, definitely, you know, the penny can be a little bit slow to drop.

And, you know, I think people say sometimes you have to hear something three times.

And I was probably definitely like that.

How do I fit this into my life? Initially, I had the question about, I guess, because of my interest with energy, the energy return on energy invested in creating biochar.
