And I have, you know, a very good relationship with the guys up there and they always set the bar for, in terms of conditioning and the maintenance practice, they always set the bar for Lynx Greenkeeping I would say certainly in Ireland and you know across Great Britain and Ireland now you constantly try to you know get to the bar that bar keeps moving up but I have to say the level of greenkeeping across the Lynx course in Ireland is top class and all the guys you know not just guys in RCD all the guys all around the course do a fantastic job and we're very lucky and I guess there is a level of you know, I suppose competition, but also every single Wellington man are great guys and if you want to, if you have a problem, you pick up the phone, you'll always get good advice.
