Greco-Roman mysteries

So either we try to control other people, or we try to, uh, siphon power, uh, whether it's through we'll get it done through religious systems, or we'll get it done through all these different types of institutions that is preying off of a person's amnesia from this truth.

And you study mystery teachings and mystery schools and the occult and things of this sort.

Is this correct?

Yes.

And so I'm going to assume you mean, like, with a tantric partner.

Let's call it that.

Um, how do you learn that? I would say the ones that are the most, like, open type of places are availing, uh, themselves as mystery schools.

I'm not saying that in, like, a way to discredit them, but that's would be, that would be what they call themselves.

He's not really the father of communism, but it's a name that's been tagged onto him.

You see, he was just a hack writer hired by the mystery religion of Babylon to write the Communist Manifesto.

It was not his idea.

But he's reaped the benefits of it, if you can call them benefits.

And I've got a few of his, I've got one of his lectures, like a book where it's just his notes, that he's just kind of like, it's like mini writings it's weird it's a weird structure of writings but yeah it's just him getting into all this stuff but it's just looks like a diary of notes so it's just hard to even get through kind of but it's a lot of this kind of stuff and just philosophical concepts and all these things

and who he considered worthy enough to rule those on the world considered by the experts to be incapable of governing themselves he wrote this quote never will peace reign upon the earth until we are ruled by the fifth and who is the fit The dragon court? Why, them, of course.

The illumined, the priest of the mystery religion of Babylon.

That's true.

But the idea that it was this particular prince has many a hole in it, and it kind of deflects away from the broader, uh, operation internationally that I think through my research, especially outlined in, um, Revenge of the Mystery Cults, Volume, Volume Three, uh, Edgar Poe's Final Mystery, uh, the last six chapters deal with this very topic, um, deals with the, the creation of the state of Israel and this neutr- rebranding of Christianity and Judaism into a blood and soil cult that would be vectored around an eschatological obsession with the end times, and manifesting said end times by creating certain rituals to invoke, almost like a demonologist would invoke a demon by carrying out certain rituals at certain times of the year, certain zodiacal, zodiacal, um, positions, certain days, certain numerological positions, and certain types of rituals that have to be done in a certain way, often involving sacrifice, often involving humans.

That kind of thing was happening by the figures at the very highest echelons of the British Empire, and we're gonna meet a few of them today.

Some of the, the rogue gallery that will play a role in the story are featured there on the right.

Super bad stuff.

And, uh, as far as the Sol-Amon unification, the idea of the king being both the light and the darkness, the sun and the moon.

The moon also representing an ancient, uh, mystery cults, Luna, the idea...

You know, Isis also had a certain, uh, relationship to the moon.

He is the author of the amazing and personally one of my most favorite books of all time, The Secret History of the World, and also The Sacred History of the World, The Secret History of Dante, and now his newest release, The Secret History of the Universe.

So I think, All scholars accept that in the ancient world in Egypt, in Greece and Rome, as well as the great public temples, there were these institutions called the mystery schools.

And these were a bit like Freemasonic halls today in that everyone knew where they were, but not many people knew what went on inside them.

Uh, definitely need to go listen to the first Osiris and Iris- Isis episode, I think, if you want to have a good grasp on where we're kinda going with this one.

Um, he lays out a lot of important concepts that have to do with the idea of, uh, the mystery schools and, like, where it really comes from.

What is the real symbology message behind it, right? Is it about gods? Is it about government? Is it about, uh, enlightenment? You know, what is the truth here? So I'd say it's a mixture of all of it.

Um, Bill Cooper's very adamant on it being a major analogy for a perfect utopian government, a new Atlantis, a way to run the world in a mass, uh, one world government utopia, right? A totalitarian socialist government, as he calls it.

But it's born out of the mystery schools.

It's born out of this idea that comes from Osiris and Isis, right? And it's born out of mythology, and that's kind of what we're kinda getting to here, which is kind of the basis of my book that I've got, that I'm working on.

But it's the idea of mythologies that are used to generate a, a general idea of what reality is, right? Like the cave in Plato.

But otherwise, point is, I think even there's maybe an aspect to some of these mythologies that it justifies their rule over you for you to believe that they come from, you know, a god, right? So that's kind of the idea of, like, god kings and stuff.

He did two parts to this because of the importance of this topic.

This topic covers the basis of what we would call the mystery schools, and the importance of that, of course, is, like, what grew out of it, which is Greek philosophy, uh, Pythagoras, Plato, as we'll go over, were all initiated in the pyramids in Egypt.

They were all initiated to the mystery schools.

I mean, there's many more by the way.

There's Thales.

Now, what people don't understand is it's not all magical, um, and we're gonna get to that too.

It's actually really interesting.

The esoteric aspect of the mystery schools is not as magical as you would think.

Mythology She suggests that by examining these four areas and always keeping in mind the basic question, what does this religion do for the individual, we can quickly analyze any system.

But she's not just being a contrarian here.

She's making a historical argument that Christianity emerged from the same cultural milieu as the pagan mysteries.

She cites the book Pagans and Christians to support the claim that Judaism, Christianity, and the Mysteries were equally parts of the religious milieu of the Greco-Roman world.

The similarities aren't coincidental or the result of demonic imitation.

Hall, when he talks about history, the development of civilization, and the passing down of knowledge through the different eras of human history, he talks a lot about the mystery schools.

In every culture and throughout history, you find references that there was the existence of these mystery schools.

And this was an institution of initiation, but it was about elevating consciousness, about perfecting the mind.

Political leaders, aristocrats, generals, administrators, and emperors did seek initiation in some traditions.

That is historically documented.
