Greater Cleveland

Um, and it, it all started when I was, uh, literally 12 years old.

Um, I walked into an appliance store with my dad in the Greater Cleveland area, uh, similar to Best Buy, and, uh, they had a computer on display, uh, the Atari 800, uh, if you remember that-

Mm.

That connected to a TV set because it did not have a monitor.

Um, so we're talking about things like the Cuyahoga County Fatherhood Initiative.

There's a partnership with United Way of Greater Cleveland, a program, as you mentioned, combating infant mortality, the AIDS Funding Collaborative, funding for universal pre-kindergarten, a bedbug extermination program, and Say Yes Cleveland.

So lots of different programs addressing lots of different constituencies.

Mm-hmm.

One of the comments I saw on Reddit is somebody said, God, where is it? This is probably the worst song ever made about Cleveland.

I'm like, is there a lot of competition for that, by the way? There's probably a couple of other songs, and then the people over at the Greater Cleveland compile the list.

And I'm like, okay, well, yeah, okay.

Cleveland rocks.

Our faculty, anyone with a faculty appointment at the Cleveland Clinic, not just in Cleveland, but in London or in the Middle East or in Las Vegas or around the world where the Cleveland Clinic has operations, would be a Case Western Reserve University faculty member of our medical school.

And then across the other side of the Cleveland Metro is the system called Metro Health.

They're also our faculty there.

And then we have the largest VA center in Oregon, Ohio, here that serves veterans here in Ohio with health care.

And the Father and the Spirit are bearing witness to the identity of Jesus.

Later on, Jesus is going to ask His disciples, "What's the word on the street? Who do people say that I am?" And on that occasion, His followers will tell Him, "There are all kinds of things being said about you." And here we are today in the 21st century, and if we were to go out this afternoon and go onto the streets of Greater Cleveland and simply ask the question, "Who do you think that Jesus of Nazareth is?" we would receive all kinds of answers.

Some saying, "Well, He's a great man, a wonderful teacher," whatever it might be.

But here we have the authentic statement of the Father Himself concerning the Son, and this in the most dramatic of fashions.
