And the most egregious example I have is Great Clips.

So I don't know why I still go to Great Clips.

I call it the Great Clips Gamble.

Because you go in great clips.

You have no idea what you're going to come out looking like.

It doesn't matter.

I think the argument is they don't make anything, you know? And we have to like, like they count on tips and I, I want to be generous there, you know? Especially when there's like exceptional service.
