Have you ever tried any, any of the tools or apps or, like, you know, the likes of Grayscale, any of these tools that are designed specifically to make you not be online, or to make it look less seductive or fun?

Yeah.

I, the, and I try and, I try and use S- like, for example, YouTube, I'll try and use that like a library versus, like, just a place to kill time.

And then they'll go into the library, and then they'll go back out.

So if you treat YouTube, for example, like a library, that's, that's one way.

Uh, I tried Grayscale, but then the actual process of going in and watching a video or going onto Instagram, uh, is not engaging.
