Graydon Creed

It's almost a bit grindhouse-y, but It's a bit silly, but it's all part of the fun.

I was surprised that Sabretooth kind of was living with someone and actually had like, for him, yeah, it was kind of like she was nice, but then the son, and I have heard of this son, Graydon Creed, so I was kind of glad to get that because I've heard of this, but then I actually was like, oh, that's who it is.

He said you're Sabretooth's neighbour.

He's very big in the animated TV show.

Yeah, yeah.

In that mutant court.

Yeah, that's Graydon Creed.

Okay.

And And then we're going to start going into people like William Stryker, who like have terrible morals and are just truly awful, ridiculous, terrible people.

Graydon Creed's going to be on that list, who is the child of the top two, who are Sabretooth and Mystique.

And we love them for it in our own way.

What are your thoughts on Sabretooth as a mutant? He's an interesting parallel in the X-Men, we've been talking about it this month, in that he's kind of the one that's irredeemable.

it'd be i mean it would be something that season three could touch on and absolutely like make alex or havoc realize like well okay you know maybe i need to stand beside my brother or something like that and get him out of the realm of x factor or government control or whatever so

Especially with Graydon Creed now being president, and we'll get to that when we discuss the final episode and the post-credits scene, because we've got a lot of setup for the third season, and it is not looking pretty.

I did love seeing more out of Jubilee and Sunspot.

I mean, you got the scene of Jubilee being arrested and taken in, which is a frickin' Where's Waldo of Easter eggs.

Who else? We've already done a Dark Phoenix saga.

Gosh.

It's a minor thing, but with Graydon Creed now taking prominence, I'm really hoping we get the return of Sabretooth.

Okay.

Lean into the whole Darkholme family drama.

Give us Graydon Creed.

Give us Sabretooth.

Give us Mystique.

Rogue is surprised when she continues to live after her Celestial powers subside, until Beast arrives and reveals that Nightcrawler offered his own life to Eson so Rogue and Gambit could be together.

In a mid-credit scene, Mystique shoots Cooper and assumes her identity, while Creed is elected president.

Listen, I have a very important, um, other thing to say.

I just ob- duh.

Yeah.

And Nightcrawler, um, also had that episode where he is, because they have this other brother who became an, a non-mutant.

Creed.

Creed.

That's good.

good.I lo- I mean, the po- the Nightcrawler stuff this sea- that episode with him and Graydon Creed is, I think, the highlight of the back half of the season because you really do get this-

... battle of, you know, morality and faith versus hatred from both sides.

Which-

... also sets up season two and Graydon Creed becoming president.

Mm.

They keep finding ways to make Nightcrawler even more of a perfect adaptation.

Everything that he says is just so profound and fantastic to the point where I'm almost crying because I feel so bad for Graydon Creed.

How did you feel about this episode, Landy?

Well, honestly, I'm kind of disappointed with that ending, where it seems like Apocalypse has used Gambit's body, because I feel like that just makes it even more like I don't think that they'll be able to oppose the effects.

and she's just basically a supervillain again.

Anti-mutant, even though she's leading a team of mutants, didn't really make any sense to me.

I do think that Mystique being here does mean that the cat that was in Val Cooper's office that Lorna was petting a couple episodes ago, the danger episode, I think that was Mystique in disguise, biding her time and waiting for her moment to strike, which is now because Graydon Creed, what we saw is Graydon Creed is the president.

of the United States.

So but the yeah, the post.

Yeah, it's not even really missed opportunity because I missed out where they had that post credit scene where they showed that is it Graydon Creed is elected as president of the United States.

And he's basically like a certain president we might have right now in this country that just hates absolutely everybody and is going to go after mutants.

And so.
