So as a potential investor, I'm not sure if this material weakness is related to the auditor change, although the timing does deserve attention.

And, you know, one of the things I wanted to ask, and I should have asked it sooner is, Because you have this, you leave Grant Thornton, and I'm wondering if there was an executive recruiter involved in that at all.

Maybe not.

Is that accurate? Yeah.

Well, actually, I did Goldman after my Grant Thornton internship.

I had sort of a month and a half between the end of my Grant Thornton internship and university reopening.

So I did it then.

Okay, great.

And then in terms of Grant Thornton, talk to me a little bit about like how you landed that.

And it was TAS, right? Or M&A Advisory?

M&A Advisory, yeah.

So he said, start your career off in accounting, if possible, in public accounting.

So I took that advice and I worked in a public accounting firm, Grant Thornton, GT all the way.

So not big four, but definitely top eight.

And I really did enjoy my experience.

Really driven by one solution or contributor alone.
