Grant Thomas

... is the period between 2004 and 2011.

Now, two coaches involved in this, Grant Thomas, who hands over to Ross Lyon.

Uh, Grant Thomas makes preliminary final in 2004.

He makes a preliminary final in 2005.

They play finals in 2006.

Smith.

Just last one on Kenny Hinkley, mate.

I know you've had your past with Grant Thomas.

What's the history there between Hinkley and Thomas? Because Thomas came out late in the year and really torched Kenny on Twitter.

Well,

He doesn't say too much positive stuff.

Well, I don't know the story, but I just know that Ken was the assistant coach to Malcolm Blight when they sacked Malcolm Blight and then Grant Thomas took over as coach at St Kilda.

Jay Clark won.

Tim Watson, Nick Riewoldt, Damian Barrett, Grant Thomas, and Glenn McFarlane, all for different takes that they had said throughout the year.

And that has led to who will be the first Damian Barrett Award winner.
