it? It's going to be at Grant High School.

We have traditionally run a meet out at Wilsonville High School, which if you're a Portland person, you know where that is.

But they have some construction happening at their on their site and they had to cancel this year and Grant High School, which is not far from me at all.

Is, you know, said, Hey, we'll host.

And so rather than being 75 teams that Wilsonville had, I think there are 23 teams signed up here, which would be a nice, it's a nice number.

I went to a few cross-country practices.

Also, I went to Grant High School, which is located in Portland, Oregon.

They were having a practice the day before a time trial against another school in their league called Lincoln High School in Portland.

It was going to be at Grant High School.

The athletes simulated how to get ready for a race, how to warm up for the race.

changing their shoes, racing shoes, getting to the starting line and learning how to start, going over the course.

And so I have pictures from the practice.
