Grand Theatre, Clapham

I'm going everywhere really.

Uh, Clapham Grand's the big one in London.

That'll-

Oh.

That'll be nice

... that'll be the biggest room I've ever done.

Clapham Grand in Clapham.

Yeah.

That WrestleMania 10 match, especially, poignant in our minds.

And yeah, I was sitting down indoors watching YouTube or some nonsense and I saw something pop up on Facebook for Inside the Ropes and it was an evening with Brett at the Clapham Grand in September.

And I was like, man, I have to go to that because I'm very much consciously aware that Brett is getting older.

I'm not sure if he's going to carry on coming to the UK much.

I'm like, right, I'm going to go and give these to Brett.

Let's see what happens.

So we got to the Clapham Grands.

It was fairly early actually.

Hey everybody, before we get into this week's episode, I want to tell you about a live show that we're doing in London.

It's at the Clapham Grand on Saturday, the 10th of October.

So not long to go until we're live on stage in London once again.

It's a recording as part of the Cheerful Earful Podcast Festival, and it's an afternoon gig as well, which is...

And people felt like they were in on the ground floor.

And he could have bumped up to Hackney or Clapham Grand or like, you know, bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger.

True, yeah.

But he was like-

Yes.

Um, and I've just done the O2 Forum, and we did Clapham Grand before that.

It's been an absolute joy, um, and rekindled my joy of music, 'cause the, the guys that I'm working with are just ... phenomenally good and-

Yes

It's a great way to celebrate October and spooky season.

And I'm doing fuck all in Camberwell.

Though I have got comps to go see Dom Jolly at the Clapham Grand this Thursday.

That's a bit of a plug for him.

Mind you, Daisy, it's a useless plug because this comes out on Friday.

Because he texted me yesterday, said, doing Clapham Grand on Thursday, haven't sold out, do you want to come? That's the only way to get comps, isn't it? It's the only way when people haven't sold out.

Sort of doing a quick phone around, help, help.

But I do recommend the show.

Yeah, I know.

It's basically nearly sold out, but the Halloween show at the Clapham Grand on the 11th of October.

Get yourself a little cheeky ticket.

We love you and we'll see you soon.
