Crypto exchange Bitget lost $388 million in a hack last week, and the CEO, Gracy Chen, just walked through exactly how it went down.

Back on September 24th, the attacker made two tiny test transfers out of Bitget's hot wallet and no alerts fired.

Half an hour later, they went for 17 transactions across eight blockchains, about $361 million gone in a little over an hour.
