Like, there were a couple other crucial players there, but that was a huge part of it.

Uh, after Robert Vilahamn's first season, which I do also think we ran a little bit hot in that season, um, we started, you know, the next season without Grace Clinton and Celine Bizet as they went to United.

Uh, well, yeah, Grace Clinton went back to United 'cause she was a loan player, and Celine Bizet, they triggered her release clause for $60,000, and then she was gone.

And so they basically bought our entire ball progression for $60,000.

And then we had-- we didn't really sufficiently replace them.

I think that's what I kind of came away from that game feeling, relentless.

When you've got Beth Mead and Grace Clinton coming off the bench, you can sort of change your shape a little bit as well, but while still playing in the same way.

And I thought Lauren Hemp had a really good game, but that link up with Bunny Shaw as well is crucial.

And yeah, they look good.

And then you've got to throw into that squad depth.

Good for them, obviously, Grace Clinton and Coffey coming back as well.

So, yeah, really interesting to see how they'll fare after that.

But at the moment, they look very good, very sharp and in a really good place.

Bunny got not one, not two, not three, but four goals in that game.

And there were three goal involvements from Viviana Miedema, one assist from Carolyn and one from Grace Clinton.

Those three will not be playing in this match.

Jacob, how do you see this going? Obviously, Villa had such a good game against Chelsea in terms of being able to just get that one point.

But, you

know, in terms of like, I guess there must be like, Niamh Charles isn't there, Grace Clinton's not there.

So really, in terms of like, yeah, I'm not really sure why Sam Coffey didn't start, but I think we all predicted that that was going to be the midfield, but...

Charlotte, are you worried about... their squad and been able to fight on two fronts this season?

I think that is, firstly, that is the right question.

Like, if you've already got a league-winning squad, don't tear it up and start again.

But there's the added... sort of complication of being in the Champions League which City weren't in last season so they're going to be playing a lot more games and I would have thought if I was a Man City fan which is thankfully something I don't have to think about too often I would have wanted them to go and just get some more bodies in like kind of a few extra players to sort of deal with the increased workload that those players are going to be under I mean they still had strength and depth last year I mean someone like Grace Clinton who's a brilliant player spent a lot of time on the bench with an injury you know they do have quality across the squad so it's not like they're not up to the challenge but it is going to be a harder challenge and you thought that they would have reflected that in their transfer dealings

yeah definitely I mean not being in the Champions League last year definitely puts anyone in good favour when it comes to league matches so yeah I'm surprised but I think the biggest probably news the biggest news is they kept Bunny Shaw which is massive and I feel like people don't talk about her enough
