There's some new Anthropic stuff that we're going to talk about.

But we'll open up with OpenAI, who has their new GPT-6 model, which they have called Astra.

So they're kind of on a lunar soul Astra model.

Sort of kick when it comes to naming.

And this is what they call a new generation of intelligence models.

Welcome to the AGI era, a moment that we've been waiting for, I don't know, like a decade for some of us.

That was Friday morning, the day after GPT-6 Astra shipped.

By the closing, the question on the table was what an AI takeover would actually look like.

Here is one answer.

Or rather, this is my cloned voice, reading narration that my AI team and I put together.

We were on air three mornings this week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

In between, Anthropic shipped Fable 5.1 and OpenAI shipped GPT-6 Astra.

And like many other content creators are covering, chat GPT-6... astra is here this is yet another you know crazy moment it's kind of like the mythos level whole fable i think it was fable 5 everyone running around going crazy kind of moment but we kind of wanted to ground this episode so if you're watching the video version there is going to be the chat gpt or the open ai website open to the gpt 6 astra page But we specifically want to sort of ground this with a bit of a thesis, if you will.

And it's, you know, what does AGI mean to you? Because there's a lot of people out there saying, you know, AGI is here, is AGI here, and the questions are being raised.

And there's an AGI test or a benchmark that we're going to be talking about on this page, on this GPT-6 Astra page.

We're going to be talking about that and how well it's scored in an AGI test.

But why don't you take us through, you know, maybe a key point or two of this GPT-6 Astra release?

OpenAI launched GPT-6, also known as Astra.

Obviously, if you've been following this show and the main show, you know that we've been tracking Astra for a little while now.

It solved a bunch of previously unsolved math problems.

El cambio responde a la presión de múltiples investigadores que argumentaban que el índice anterior no reflejaba los avances reales de GPT-6 Astra, que tanto Epoch AI como Arc AGI 3 habían captado.

En cuanto a la relación costo-rendimiento, Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta y Sipu AI comparten ahora el nivel superior.

Fable 5.1 lidera con cincuenta y siete puntos.

GPT-6 Astra queda segundo con cincuenta y cinco.

Una clasificación que explica de inmediato por qué Artificial Analysis decidió adelantar la actualización del índice antes del previsto B5.

El miércoles surgieron reportes que describen cómo está construido GPT-6 Astra.

El modelo utiliza lo que los investigadores denominan profundidad recurrente.

Reportes confirmados el viernes detallan que Astra utiliza lo que OpenAI denomina profundidad recurrente: transformers en bucle que enrutan los tokens repetidamente a través de capas, en lugar de un único pase hacia adelante.
