Shope Williams is one of the world's leading scholars of comparative public procurement law with work that spans corruption, multilateral development banks, debarment, and gender responsive procurement.

She has taught and worked across Africa and Europe, and now she's bringing that wonderful global perspective to GW Law as our newest faculty member in the Government Procurement Law Program, which we are ecstatic about.

She is also my friend and co-editor of the Routledge Handbook on Public Procurement Corruption, which I'm sure we will dig into.
