So our girls earned their bid at 21CC in Gormanstown, which is an Irish competition.

Um, and it was, honestly, it was a huge achievement for them 'cause some of them when they won the bid were only 10 and 11 years old.

The struggle is the resources to train people they get through the door.

So we have a new joint induction centre in Gormanston that has the capacity to train about 800 a year.

So that's the max we can take in a year.

You have to have people to train new recruits.

And this is quite good.

They were practicing off Gormanston by firing a machine gun at the side of the AW139 helicopters.

And they're quite good at that.
