Derek ClarkHOST

He certainly did.
Derek ClarkHOST

If Rangers had Billy Dodds or Gordon Durie right now, they'd probably be the best player in the squad.
Chris JackGUEST

Thoughts? That feeds into the point I was mentioning about Mioski earlier on.

You do need strikers that aren't going to play every week, that are not going to be the match winner every week is not going to be the first team on the team sheet every week but if you've got somebody that can get 10, 12, 15 a season as Jamie mentioned there hugely invaluable to any potential title winning squad even more so given the fact that you're now taking Chamiti you were a bank to him for 20 you can take those goals out of the team you're not going to get them from him Shankland, similar numbers obviously going to miss a number of games now so his output will obviously come down as a result they need other ones in the squad to chip in and that's not just in terms of Mijovski you're now looking at the wingers what can you do can Kusama go and get himself up towards double figures can Finlay Curtis go and chip in with half a dozen can we see Min Tzu as long as he's not on spot kicks can he go and chip in with a few as well on a sidetrack it was a dreadful penalty wasn't it in terms of penalties to go and get a chance to score your first goal wasn't I don't know what he's done there Not a good one, but overall I thought he actually played fairly well, but I do wonder if they're re-evaluating his penalty takers.

I mean, obviously the players we had, like Brian Loudrup, Paul Gascoigne.
MikeyGUEST

One of my favourite ever players was Gordon Durie.
MikeyGUEST

I know that's a weird one to throw out as well, but I loved Gordon Durie.
MikeyGUEST

MikeyGUEST

well another away win on opening day and these are the forgettable ones so I'm mentioning these because they're probably ones that don't register for many people so there's winning 3-2 at Southampton on the opening day of the 91-92 season this is Spurs' FA Cup winners or FA Cup holders at the time and it's the first time that we've played in that magical yellow kit the one with the bird poo on the shoulder and Gordon Durie who we'd signed Not really as Gazza's replacement, but he was our big signing that summer, having lost Gazza, albeit to injury.

Jury ends up scoring.
Gareth DaceHOST
