It's a situation now.

They've launched Gordita Crunch Duos, basically smaller, slider-side versions of the cheesy Gordita Crunch.

Picture the Gordita Crunch, the classic, but now we're putting them in smaller, sort of bite-sized, in the palm of your hand, but in duo forms.

I mean, uh, shout out to a cafe Rio.

That's a little chain here in SoCal.

And so you could easily pick a lot of, you could pick Al Pastor, you could pick Carnitas in Chicago, you could do all these things.

But I'm like, Gorditas, I'm seeing places from Zacatecas, places from Durango, places from, again, Coahuila, all doing Gorditas.

But this one place I went to, one of the many places I went to there, Gorditas Santiago is a sit-down Gorditas place.

And that reminds me of my experience when I went to One of the trips I made to my family's hometown where many of the gorditas places were brick and mortar.

Same thing in Zacatecas.

How had you heard about this small diaspora in Oklahoma City out of all places? And then how did you decide to go over there and try it out?

My family's from Aguascalientes, and there are not many Aguascalientes places in Los Angeles.

Like I said, there's a few Gorditas truck, but mostly they don't have the guisos.

They also have the one where it has the soft shell taco over it, and it's together with cheese, you know, the melted.

What do they call those? Gorditas, some shit.
