When you open a web page, the computer has a number of different things it's going to jump through.

It has to look at the site's address in DNS, domain name services.

And if you are using your ISP DNS servers, they could be slow.

And that lookup could add a noticeable moment before anything loads.

After it looks it up, your request to pull down that web page is all being handled behind the scenes.

But if you pay for a lot more, you need to probably reboot your router and go through that whole issue and check again.
