Um, Danny told me recently that actually the book has gone wide, which means it's available to purchase on Kobo, Apple Books, Google Play Books, and Barnes & Noble Nook, and obviously, of course, Amazon, where it has been living for a year or so.

I've also read Buried Lives, which is a short story, a prequel to Dark Waters, and also absolutely worth a read.
