Um, you know, when do people book? How far in advance do they book? How do they book? How does that reflect on what we need to give them to do what they want to do? And we saw that through.

You know, we know people want to pay Apple and Google Pay, you know, they drop it out the basket at different times.

You know, it's that behaviors which we've seen the need for a CRM and digital growth manager, so that's a new role that we've had at the museum, which is really, really encouraging.

So, um, we've got a legit team who strongly believe how important data is for us and our growth going forwards and how that's the marginal gains around, you know, staffing some of our units at the right level 'cause we know we, we can better predict how many people are gonna come in at any one time.
