connections yeah we had a collaboration with waterstones brighton a few months ago now and we had phil on who's excellent and i recommend if you haven't listened to episode go back and check that out but he talks about books as being a on our episode on our feed about kind of creating i think the word was reparative relationships i could be wrong on that but basically the idea that you can process emotional experiences through language through the through the written words in the books like you know if I can relate to this in a profound way.

Like when I went for a break up a few years ago, I read a book by Dolly Alderton called Good Material, which was about a comedian who got broken up with.

And it was like a funny satire thing about being broken up with.

And actually it was like, weirdly, it was really good for me at the time, even though it was really hard to read because it was like about a breakup and I was going through one.
