Golden handcuffs

So I did make a decision at a certain point.

I'm not going to use, let the golden handcuffs keep me from stepping into something better.

And at that stage of my journey.

And so I, I will say, I know that's a theme in your documents, the golden handcuffs.

So we do have to figure out when it's right for us and it's going to be different for different people to actually break the golden handcuffs, even though we have some extra RSUs.

Because I recently helped someone in our TechSales Accelerator coaching community leave Databricks to make a similar move that I made.

And they were willing and it was the right thing to give up some of the equity that they had.

Now, they were in SDR, so they didn't have as much as what might be on the line as an account executive.

It was 33 years ago, 34 years ago.

I would say I have golden handcuffs.

I may know it's wrong, but I have so many people sucking on my teeth that where am I going? What am I doing back to school? Or maybe I'll get a job.

Yeah.
