and this is where he made a very big mistake because willie was not your average 82 year old woman she was an award-winning power lifter she weighed just over 100 pounds but she could deadlift 225 pounds and a few years earlier she had even been named the lifter of the year by the world natural power lifting federation when this man forced his way into her house willy grabbed the table she hit him with it so hard that the table broke on him then she started hitting him with pieces of the broken table she poured shampoo into his face and when that still wasn't enough she grabbed the broom and started beating this man with the broom by the time the police arrived the man was on the floor he needed help police said that he was extremely intoxicated and willy decided not to press charges but he definitely chose the wrong woman and then we have kelly heron In March of 2017, Kelly was 36 years old and training for a marathon in Seattle.

She was four miles into a 10 mile run through the Golden Gardens Park when she stopped to use a public bathroom.

She finished, washed her hands and was standing underneath the hand dryer.

when she suddenly felt something was wrong Kelly turned around there was a man standing behind her his name was Gary Steiner he lunged at her threw her to the ground and pinned her down and then she was desperately trying to fight him off and this is where something that she had done just three weeks earlier became very important Kelly had taken a self-defense class through work.
