But to return to the Mongols.

All the information which we can obtain in respect to the condition of the people before the time of Genghis Khan comes to us from the reports of travelers who, either as merchants or as ambassadors from caliphs or kings, made long journeys into these distant regions and have left records, more or less complete, of their adventures and accounts of what they saw in writings which have been preserved by the learned men of the East.

It is very doubtful how far these accounts are to be believed.

One of these travelers, a learned man named Salam, who made a journey far into the interior of Asia by order of the Caliph Mohammed Amin Bila some time before the reign of Genghis Khan, says that among other objects of research and investigation which occupied his mind, he was directed to ascertain the truth in respect to the two famous nations, Gog and Magog, or as they are designated in his account, Yagog and Magog.

The story that had been told of these two nations by the Arabian writers, and which was extensively believed, was that the people of Yagog were of the ordinary size of men, but those of Magog were only about two feet high.

These people had made war upon the neighboring nations and had destroyed many cities and towns, but had at last been overpowered and shut up in prison.

And so the next couple pesukim tell us about the fury that Hashem will have against his enemies.

And many of the mefarshim read it to be talking about not just a general discussion of the wicked, but the war of Gog u'Magog, the final battle before the end of days.

And those who survive that final battle will do what? Pasuk Yod Tes tells us, Ve'samti bahem os ve'shilachti mahem pleitim, I will send a sign to all the far nations, and I will send those survivors who survived the war of Gog u'Magog from all the other nations will go to all of their lands.

They'll go to Tarshish and Pul and Lud and all of their lands.

And what will they say? Ve'hayam arrechokim, and to the far out islands.

Bat Yisrael, if a woman walks in the street now modest, it's a disaster.

It's Gog uMagog.

It's a disaster for the whole world that a Jewish lady, a princess, the daughter of the creator of the world, is walking in the street like an animal.

Animals walks naked, and the daughter of Hashem walks naked.

They wanna get all over Europe into the war.

Maybe we are now in the face of Gog uMagog.

That's it.

In five days, it's gonna be a judgment, Rosh Hashanah.

Maybe it's starting right next week, Gog uMagog.

The Gemara say you wanna get saved from Gog uMagog? You have to be involved every day with Torah and mitzvah Hasidim.

How involved? You must learn from a book at least minimum an hour a day.

There's nothing to talk about less than that.
