God of Emptiness

This album, I mean, from what I heard, sold a lot of copies back in the day and really shoot the band into another level of popularity.

But I'm saying all this because the album rules it's i mean there's every single song and besides the stupid instrumental song before god of emptiness um it's legendary like you can i mean i i probably listened to this album like a thousand times in my life i feel like i know every single riff i know everything from this album and it's amazing and shout out to beefs and butthead when they did the roasting of the god of emptiness clip if you haven't watched that you should look it up on youtube it's actually pretty funny but what's your guys's uh views on this one

it's it's a it's an essential masterpiece uh the classic of the death metal genre um yeah it's it's one of the best heavy metal albums i i i mean i it just it's got blast bass man like the fuck it's like yeah pete santa fe is just blasting like a motherfucker on this it's got riffs like like i like i said like david's vocals sound fucking awesome like the whole fucking everything is perfect about it i i agreed like you know we don't need the insolute but by you know it it's the length is great like it it just keeps its momentum like all the way through and and and you know and you like fucking hell i was just kind of like like walking around like even just kind of like humming that stupid fucking like cleans bit at the end god of emptiness like

it's got stuck in my head what

yeah i know like i just it just was like i don't know that's kind of like catchy and and and just it's i don't know i mean there's literally nothing like the the annoying interlude does not prevent me from giving this album 10 out of 10 because it fucking rolls like it fucking rolls it's just it's just one of the best death metal albums

Yeah, quick aside on God of Emptiness too, since I'm glad you mentioned that.

This was the first album I can, when I was going through the discography initially that I kind of caught that like, oh, they do closing songs really well.
