Glutathione peroxidase

So until oxidation travels outside the intracellular levels to the cytosol, that's where the effects of all this bucket number one happens.

Bucket number two, we have some enzyme systems that the body makes, which is glutathione peroxidase.

catalase and superoxide dismutase, SOD, right? So GPX, glutathione peroxidase, catalase, which is something why people get gray hair and all those things because they have less of the catalase or maybe sometimes more of it.

And the last one is SOD, which is superoxide dismutase.

And those are enzyme systems.
