Yeah, well, I think the really important part is like the transition from building Hurley, the Nike surfwear brand, And then moving to Australia and then running a chain of coffee stores, Gloria Jeans, I had to run 700.

So you know no one in Australia wants the job.

When you're fresh off the boat, you've got no experience in franchising, no experience in coffee, no experience in quick service retail, and they give you a director's role to turn it around.

And that was building the strategy with the team.

I came in with this idea of I know more than them.

And it was completely wrong, even though I had driven an incredible strategy at Gloria Jeans, where I consulted people, build it, got everyone engaged, rolled it out, got some quick wins, institutionalized that change.

It didn't serve me well.

So the collection of custom duties, in particular, was farmed out to the highest bidder in the region.

So Like a modern franchise, Gloria Jean's Coffee or McDonald's or whatever.

The highest bid wins the franchise for that franchise in the area.

So the bidder who won the right to run the franchise, he had to pay the tax to Rome in advance.

Feeding the chooks with a couple of questions.
