Don Lee, the son of Thornton Lee, one-time great left-hand pitcher for the Chicago White Sox, is coming on.

Donald Edward Lee, born in Globe, Arizona back in 1934, 6'4", 200 pounds.

He was drafted by the Senators from the Milwaukee organization.

He was an All-America at the University of Arizona and received a big bonus by the Detroit Tigers on the recommendation of Marve Owen, one-time third baseman for the Tigers.

He is home for summer vacation.

He's living in a little town called Globe, Arizona.

It's the first day of the summer break.

And he and his best friend, Ronald, may or may not have made what may or may not have been an obscene phone call to Gerald's next door neighbor, Mrs. Cook.

So we try to keep it a little bit reeled in here with some of these locations.

This year we're gonna offer seven different locations for, uh, paranormal investigations at night.

It's a lot of work to, you know, put these things on, but, you know, all this money goes to up in Globe, the Globe Main Street Program, which is a historical society that constantly, you know, puts the money back into these locations to renovate them.

Two miles of US 60 through downtown Globe has a new pavement surface following completion of an Arizona Department of Transportation project.

The four point seven million dollar project removed and replaced the road surface between Santee Street and US 70, mileposts two hundred fifty to two hundred fifty-two.

Crews also made sidewalk, curb, and gutter repairs in the project zone, as well as guardrail and bridge improvements.

This two-mile stretch of US 60 runs through the heart of downtown Globe, seeing an average of sixteen thousand four hundred vehicles traveling through the area each day.

The improved roadway pavement and updated safety elements are creating a safer, smoother drive for those making their way through this beautiful Arizona city.

To reduce traffic impacts, ADOT maintained at least one lane of traffic in each direction.

And so I rode to the next spot to-- from like Friedman Road over to the-- I think where you come into Globe or s- No, it's not Globe.
