Glimmer Train

And then when I was 13, I wrote a short story about a pedicab driver in rural China.

And that story was published in a literary magazine called Glimmer Train.

And that was like a signpost for me that like writing was something I was good at and maybe something I should pursue.

And then at the same time, as I got older, you know, I thought this is kind of the stuff of childhood dreams.
