What happened?
7:25
Basically, I was in a bad relationship.
7:28
And then when I came out of that relationship, I kind of just used fitness as therapy.
7:33
So, I don't know.
7:34
And I always say that it was from God because, again, like I said, my past, it wasn't like I was active or had any desire to even go through fitness.
7:42
But I just kept feeling the urge to, like, move my body.
7:45
And I just used to, like... talk to myself whilst I was, like, going for walks or runs and stuff like that.

33 MINS LATER

I feel like a lot of us is starting to, you know, we have that move now where internationally, whether that's from a video or whether that's from working there or someone, Now that you've gone to Ghana, do you feel like you want to expand more? Do you feel that was a power of social media?
46:00
Talk to us about the live band element, because this is incredible, isn't it?
46:05
So I did it in New York.
46:06
yes when I went to New York so I went to New York with Red Bull and it was for the Red Bull Symphonic which was they were doing it with Ashaka so that's obviously like a 10 piece orchestra and it was sensational and they wanted me to kind of I guess emulate that in the workout so we had a drummer and a saxophonist and when I was I was just like why have I not done this before like it was and I'm I guess maybe it's because I'm very music led and I'm very in tune with music and I love like beats and do you know what I mean so And it was just it was so sensational.
46:39
And I was just like, no, we have to do this in the UK.
46:42
So I always knew we'd end up coming to do it.
46:44
I just didn't know when.
46:45
And obviously this felt like the perfect opportunity to do that because it's kind of given like festival vibes, which is the long term goal.
47:56
um what would you say to someone who's sitting at home right now who hasn't exercised for months and is feeling like fitness isn't for them what would you say to kind of get them up and get them moving and get them to beat some bands which is sold out but there'll be another one
