This next story is from someone called Brian N.

And it happened in Ferndale Road, Gillingham.

And he says, I recently saw an article on black eyed children.

They seem to be a popular thing in the world of paranormal at the moment.

Another version of the wraparound was filmed in England at the TVS Television Theater in Gillingham, Kent, and later in a bigger studio in Maidstone.

On the 11th of July, 1929, crowds gathered in Gillingham Park in Gillingham, England.

They were there to witness a demonstration of modern firefighting and fire rescue techniques, laid on by the town's fire brigade.

It was to be a fitting climax for the town's summer fate, or so they thought.

Nobody watching from the crowd imagined that the demonstration they would see that night would end up being far more real and far more deadly than they anticipated.

Gillingham is an English town situated to the east of London, in a county called Kent.

Like many towns and cities in this county, Gillingham has a long and rich history, which stretches back almost a thousand years.

It is named after an ancient warlord named Gilingus, which means one who shouts in Old English.

Mum was born on the 18th of March 1936 in Gillingham in Kent, England.

She was the firstborn daughter of Ida and Cyril Daniel.

Mum only had one sister, Leslie, who was born 11 years after Mum.

Mum's dad Cyril was a fireman with the Gillingham Fire Brigade, as was his father before him.

After war broke out in 1939, The area where Mum lived was heavily bombed.

Mum and her mother, Ida, relocated to Wales, which at that time was safer.

And as I say, it was just outside the Medway conurbation, so that's the, the towns of Rochester and Gillingham, Chatham, and this scheme was proposed on agricultural land just outside that area.

And the scheme was refused by Medway Council, and the two main reasons were the reliance on private car journeys, hence affecting sustainability, landscape visual effects, and the inspector supported that conclusion and refused the appeal on those main grounds and he acknowledged, you know, the benefits of this very big scheme in the context of housing land supply shortfall, you know, provision of housing, affordable homes, and also care facilities.

So he acknowledged that it provided substantial benefits, but in the balance, he ruled that the substantial planning harm arising from the development significantly outweighed the benefits of the new housing, so it failed that tilted balance in his conclusion.

But, uh, I'm not in England.
