with the burnout and everything else there as well and you know what it does make sense i mean we have the 24 7 rush and things are becoming more you know instant gratification more on the treadmill keep going you know give a busy person something to do they'll do it sort of a thing and as you say like you know as a badge of honor but If we keep going, we'd say, and as you were mentioning, they're like the physiological symptoms, be it the headaches, be it real fatigue, so forth, right? If we keep working through those, eventually something has to give, I guess, for us to, you know, stop, isn't it?
13:54
Yeah.
13:55
I mean, we all have a capacity.
13:56
What I would say as well is sometimes I say sometimes a lot of the time it's the mental load that people carry as well.
14:05
You know, we do have a capacity to work long hours, you know, like we could like, I, again, I'm speaking from experience of my own experience, my observation and other people in clients I work, but what's so draining most of the time is the stories that we're attached to in our head.
14:23
And this sense of like, you know, just, needing to do more improve yourself all the time um and we don't seem to take audits of our life to say oh okay so say for instance you know I mentioned there a while ago my mom passed away suddenly at that time I was CEO of a charity um in Limerick so I had quite a responsibility in work And I, you know, left work on a Friday.
14:52
My mom passed away on the Saturday.

And just when I'm hearing you chat about that as well, Gillian, I'm thinking of the concept of, we'll say carers burnout or, you know, residual burnout is in somebody's like, well, I have rested for a while, but, and I've done X, Y, and Z, but I'm still, you know, fatigued or, you know, so things like residual burnout from, I suppose, a longer period of, you know overwhelm stress and all that um would you see that in many people as well we'd say to that extent from those things as well
