Well, we brought the indictments on him and we had his case pending.

And at the time, his case was being moved along.

And I think he had cases also going at the same time in Giles County and Carroll County.

And his attorney here was kind of waiting for things to wrap up.

In the meantime, he was incarcerated.

The last time we had anything going on here would have been about October of 2018.
