Gigiri

The last couple of days, especially the week of the event is now when you start clocking numbers.

Even the last edition we did at Gigiri, we were panicking.

Because imagine like a week to the event, we're at 50 tickets.

So we're telling them, okay, we're at 50, we're at 50, we're at 50.

That's what a city that is designed to be safe for capital is going to be.

And maybe we'll talk about this later, sort of how both the slums and the, you know, Gigeri villas of Nairobi are sort of, this is all designed by the same forces but by the same dynamics.

But yeah, I think, I hope that this piece makes that clear and that it kind of then you know, leaves to the individual reading it, how they want to decide to, you know, spend their time or spend their money.

I think I make clear in this piece that it's not like Ngarra is the only, like, real estate, real estate run in this way, you know, is huge in Nairobi.
