Now VHF and up, we've moved into the season of autumn changeability with alternating unsettled weather.

Rain scatter is possible on the GHz band as is the traditional tropo that comes from areas of high pressure and temperature inversions.

The bulk of the period up to the end of the week is firmly in the unsettled domain, with some potentially active lows passing close to the UK, with perhaps some strong winds in the northern areas, so rain scatter is likely to be an option at times.

There is a signal in the weather models that we could see big high developing.
