bad we always watch bad shit around Halloween that's normally our thing except for that one year I think we did Call of the Night which was like good Call of the Night is good but that's been our shtick since I started with the podcast was our Halloween episode was specifically meant to be not good and that's how we happy sugar lifed ourselves This is, we know it's not good, but it's thematic, and maybe it'll at least be a little bit funny.

Like they had like... like a spot where you saw captain america's bloody shield like they basically killed off all the heroes and they did a carnage house carnage from spider-man and so this is a very classic t-shirt from 2002 yeah and emily emily and i wanted to wear it but it didn't get here in time but it's still a cool got a cool halloween shirt on for today

yeah yeah yeah um yeah so uh if you have not listened to that episode please go do it now today is going to be a different type of episode a little more comical uh today we are talking about ghost stories for our second entry into our spooky season series we're talking about ghost stories uh specifically we wanted to kind of look into the dub and kind of watch it.

Cause obviously you hear about, you hear stories about it.

You watch, uh, you see clips on it.

Like when you're a kid and you're watching Jetix, you remember Jetix?

you're watching jet x saturday morning and then they have all their regular disney cartoons and then some every once in a while they'll grab an anime like a kids anime it feels like a monster of the week kids anime but the dub everyone knows the dub is crazy it's just it's like a weird mix and it's almost like If someone were to make like a Saturday morning parody now, it wouldn't feel as close to what Ghost Stories feels like because Ghost Stories was originally just a Saturday morning cartoon.
