Ghost Research Society

Absolutely.

In fact, I'm, going to be going, I think not this year, but next year, 2004 with the ghost research society headed up by Dale Kaczmarek.

So I'll be doing that.

It'll be my first time, but that's definitely, I would say out of all the locations in the U S that I haven't been to, I would say Gettysburg is, is definitely right up there.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

But yeah, I've also worked with the Ghost Research Society as well.

They're the ones who have that famous picture of the lady on the gravestone at Batchelor's Grove.

So how did you get interested in the paranormal and the world of ghosts, so to speak?

Oh.

A famous image taken by Judy Huff Feltes of the Ghost Research Society ran in the Chicago papers and on television in 1991.

The photo shows a translucent woman in white sitting on a tombstone.

Now, skeptics call it a double exposure or a living person that's just made up to look like an apparition, but believers call it one of the better known American ghost photos.

It had electricity, adjustable seats, modern-for-the-time blackboards, and a large coal furnace.

It was described by the Ghost Research Society as the oldest surviving school building in Wisconsin Rapids.

It eventually became known as the Irving...

Irvine? Irving School.

Okay.

An abandoned school, an attic, a hanging legend, and footsteps? Absolutely not.

The Ghost Research Society investigated the building on August 30th, 2014.

Investigators conducted EVP sessions, used paranormal equipment, and documented personal experiences.

I want to start with the Lincoln Theater, which is in Decatur, Illinois.

Before I go on any further, I want to say that I've been a part of the Ghost Research Society, headed up by renowned researcher Dale Kaczmarek since 2009.

Currently, I'm their California coordinator.

And so...

It was the West Coast version of the Haunted America Conference, and that was a lot of fun.

I was able to give a presentation about the Queen Mary at that, and that was just phenomenal.

So anyways, as part of the conference, the Ghost Research Society was given exclusive, I guess, entrance to the Lincoln Theater, and we were able to conduct an overnight investigation.

It's a phenomenal, phenomenal historical place.
