I had a great mentor at the Getty named Deborah Marrow, who ran the Getty Foundation for a long time as an art historian, and she said to me, "Michael, the first rule of administration is don't take anything personally." And, and she said, "That, 'cause people are gonna give you credit for things you had nothing..." Like, the football team won the championship.

I get credit.
