Has a lot of other hits with, like, the Geto Boys and Scarface and stuff like that.

But, you know, in my opinion, just super underrated, 'cause his, his work is iconic

There was a balance, a huge balance in the 90s.

You had the NWA's, you had the Ghetto Boys, you had 2 Live Crew, you had Day Live, you had EPMD, BDP.

So, um, it's just, it's just different, man.

I loved his personality, and I knew he had East Coast ties.

But to know De La Soul and the Geto Boys, two groups I hold- Isn't that crazy? ...

you know, have overlapping history.

And you k- it, it was interesting too later when Mase was talking about the tour with NWA and LL and them, and he just casually was saying, "Yeah, the Geto Boys were on there too," and I'm like, "Yo, that's crazy though." [laughs] That, that, that the guy you used to, that, that was around when you had the fight over Centipede- Yeah ...
