This happened in Ohio around Germantown during gun season.

Me and my son got up about 5:00 AM and went deer hunting.

He was young.

We didn't see anything that morning, and it was eerily quiet.

We left, and later I told my wife I wanted to take him out one more time that evening since it was gun season.

There's an area near Germantown, Ohio.

I heard there were reports in that general area, and there's a huge forest there, an Ohio state forest.

I remember another...

So let's, let's jump into it and just start from the beginning, and it can be about you, but it can also be about the theater itself.

What was the beginnings or the start of owning a movie theater, Bijou, that's located in Germantown, Ohio?

Well, it's, uh, so I grew up in the, the city or the village next door to Germantown, uh, Carlisle, and I went to the Bijou growing up.

[laughs]

Let me tell you something.

in my area.

So Dayton, Ohio is very much a city of suburbs, of big suburbs.

We have about, we have about 12 really large suburbs all around us, and toward the south you get, like, Germantown and Farmersville, which are, like, a bit more rural, but they're still, like, towns with thing...

You know, places you can go and stuff like that.

I do not exaggerate.

At the moment I'm talking about end time prophecy to barbers, I get a text on my phone that says our Christian school in Germantown, Ohio, dismissed chapel an hour and a half earlier and the students will not leave.

Their parents are waiting to pick them up to go home.

You know they're ready for their after school snack.

the real estate in- investment space in 1994 over in Springfield, Ohio.

And I currently live in Germantown, Ohio, which is about an hour from there, but I started in it back in the '90s there.

And it was, interesting enough, the way I started in this whole business was through an advertisement that I got.

It was basically on my local television station, 'cause back then, you know, we didn't have everything coming through phones like that.
