Gerard Holland

So

what have we got today? We've got Gerard Holland, who is the founder and chief commercial officer of Talent Match Africa.

And this is a business that connects the UK, US and Australia with skilled professionals across Africa.

The interesting thing is that this talent pool is often overlooked for all kinds of reasons that he'll go into today.

On LinkedIn, so talentmatchafrica.com is our website.

Gerard Holland is my LinkedIn profile.

I'm pretty active on LinkedIn, so that'd be the best place to hit me up.

Awesome.

Uh, that's just me doing a monologue.

The one that I just showed you was my guest from yesterday, um, Gerard Holland, who, who runs TMA which is a recruitment agency in Australia.

And that's, that's basically the qual- I mean, we had, we had a great cropping.

We had, we had a sharp face with a blurred background.

My name is Olajumoke Fatoki, and today I'm joined by someone who sits at a really interesting intersection of global hiring, entrepreneurship, and the future of work.

Gerard Holland is the founder and chief commercial officer of Talent Match Africa, where he works to connect exceptional African professionals with international employers.

Yeah, lovely to be here, and thank you for having me.

Thank you so much for joining us on the show today.

So I am active on LinkedIn.

I have the LinkedIn website open permanently.

Gerard Holland is my URL after the normal LinkedIn URL.

Uh, and also talentmatchafrica.com is our website.
