I was just saying that you and I somehow always end up in this double act without planning it.

I don't usually intend to be hungover, but you know, the big day is today in Melbourne.

Kieran, good morning, thank you for waking up.

Yeah, truly.

And I think one MP in particular, I think, has really highlighted the levels of this is Georgie Purcell, who we also had on the show last season as well, talking about how she just has to block it all because the volume of it and the level of how horrible the things being said are is just really something hard to imagine.

Six of our members who are MPs currently have cases with police being investigated.

That's how serious it is.

Yeah.

And, you know, the more that people share their perspective safely and are able to, the more we'll have a broader understanding of what the community is like and what the job entails for so many different people, which will look so differently, right? You talk about Georgie Purcell, who is an MP, and she's spoken out previously about how she feels you know, used to do certain sex work and the, you know, the coming out and the backlash and that kind of thing, but then also showing like the incredible work that she's been able to do.

What's it been like for you to be able to talk to other people as well who have been able to carve out these incredible professional careers at the same time?

Yeah, well, Georgie is one of a handful of sort of public figure inspirations to me that Fiona Patton is another one in Victoria who have demonstrated that there should be nothing mutually exclusive about being a public figure and also being associated with the sex industry.

This needs to stop, right? You and carbs need to get together and say, just stop this.

And I guarantee if you do, Georgie Purcell will love you even more.
