So my background is as a women's health physio, and we also have a dietitian that works with us.

So our job is to do the initial assessments with women who are referred by their GP or referred by our other allied health colleagues, nursing colleagues across the whole district.

Oh, uh, George, so many lessons.

I think we could talk about that for a whole hour.

Um, but I have, for the last kind of decade, I've been really focused on this kind of skills, capability space, and how we drive revenue, and there has been so much evolat- evolution over the last decade.

And there are consistent patterns though, right? So I've spent time working in IT, working with clients in public sector, financial services, education, and there's one pattern that keeps coming up.

And so it's always a bunch of really super smart people come together, they come up with a really strong strategy, and they put it on a slide.
